Terms and Conditions1. Quotation
The estimate is valid for a period of 30 days and is subject to sighting of final artwork. Artwork pricing is subject to final sighting of the artwork supplied, extra costs will be incurred if further work is required, and this will be charged pro-rata hourly rate. All prices are subject to change without notice. 2. Accuracy of Specifications
Quotations are based on the accuracy of specification provided and are subject to sighting of final designs and artwork. Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, we accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready and correct. 3. Placing Orders
Please provide a Purchase Order for the above details and price specified should you wish to proceed with the work, or sign off the estimate before we start artwork, any further changes to the artwork made by you (the client) will be in addition to the original signed-off estimate. A 50% deposit is required unless an account is held before any work is started. (Government Department are exempt on receipt on official order) 4. Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, the price quoted is for a single shipment to the customer's preferred destination. Title and responsibility for the finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the freight company. 5. Production Schedules
Production Schedules will be established at point of order. In the event of delays due to causes beyond the control of Posh Printing, Delivery dates and/or additional costs will be re-negotiated and no liability or penalty will be incurred by Posh Printing for these delays. 6. Unders and Overs
It is normal practice for Posh Printing to supply over-runs. These overs are supplied at no additional cost and will cover the unlikely event of any defective product being supplied that may have been overlooked at final inspection.
Under-runs may also occur and will not exceed 10% of the quantity ordered. Posh Printing reserve the right not to re-print or replace product in this instance and will invoice the customer at a pro-rata rate. If the customer requires a guaranteed quantity, this tolerance must be taken into consideration at the time of the ordering. 7. Electronic Images
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. Posh Printing in not responsible for storage or accidental damage to media supplied by the customer. Files are to be supplied according to Posh Printing's specifications and any additional translating, editing or programming will be charged at prevailing rates. 8. Proofing
Posh Printing will submit electronic for the customer's review and approval. Posh Printing will not be responsible for undetected errors and any re-prints will be supplied at the original cost. 9. Colour Matching
Due to variables involved in the printing processes, inaccuracies caused by inconsistent viewing conditions, colour perception and many other variables, matching PMS colours, supplied samples or full colour proofs is not guaranteed and a reasonable variation between these and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. 10. Claims
Any claims on defective products or quality will not be recognized after 7 days from receipt of goods. 11. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
Posh Printing warrants only that the work will conform to the descriptions contained in the original order and subsequent documented communication.
Posh Printing's maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract or otherwise, will not exceed the return of the amount invoiced for the work in dispute. Under no circumstances will the provider be liable for specific, individual or consequential damages. 12. Cancellations
Cancellations of an order will incur a $20 administration fee and any extra artwork/production costs incurred.
13. The client warrants that it has copyright in or a license to authorise reproduction of all artistic and literary works ("Works") supplied by it to Posh Printing for the purpose of its orders. The Client authorises Posh Printing to reproduce all and any of the Works for such purposes. 14. The Client additionally licenses Posh Printing to use the Works in its own promotional materials to depict the quality or range of its goods and services. 15. The Client indemnifies and will keep Posh Printing against any liability, loss or expense suffered by Posh Printing as a direct or indirect result of any use of the Works by Posh Printing pursuant to clauses 13 or 14.
